Do I need to have a mental health diagnosis to use it?
No. The workbook is for any veteran interested in self-reflection, personal growth, and understanding their military experience. It is not a clinical treatment program.
Is this therapy?
No. The workbook is a self-guided resource. While it may complement therapy or coaching, it is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
